Mystics to take on Life Running Eagles
The Mystics are kicking off this spring season with some serious competition against the Life Running Eagles. The Mystics will be travelling down to Marietta, GA this Saturday to take on Life University, the reigning D1 National Champions and a perennial rugby powerhouse. Over and above the fact that the Running Eagles are one of the top clubs in the country, the Mystics will also need to contend with the fact that Life have had two 80 point wins this spring, while the Mystics have only played three short matches at the Four Leafs tournament, and have only had a handful of outdoor practices. The Mystics will need to dig deep this Saturday, but this should be excellent preparation for top-level playoff rugby later this spring.
Kickoff is at 3pm on Saturday March 28th at the Life University Rugby Complex in Marietta, GA. We’ll make sure we share any further information about the match as soon as we know more.
