MALDEN, MA — The Mystic River Rugby Collegiate Select XV will be traveling to Montreal, Quebec on Friday, June 17 to take on the Lower Canada Voyageurs for their fourth annual rugby contest. The 25 members of the Collegiate Select squad were selected following three weeks of tryouts hosted at Pine Banks Park in Malden, MA. The player pool consists of players who attend a variety of colleges across the United States and one in Ireland. The Lower Canada Voyageurs are a representative U19 side drawn from Eastern Ontario and Quebec.

Mystic Collegiate Tour to Montreal
For the fourth straight year, the Mystic River Collegiate Select XV will be traveling to Montreal, Quebec on Friday, June 17th to take on the Lower Canada Voyageurs. Due to the program’s success over the last three years, we are expecting the prospective player pool to double this year. To find the best collegiate talent, we will be holding try-outs at Pine Banks Park starting on Tuesday, May 31st. Mystic River to Host USA Collegiate All-Americans vs Cambridge University
Due to a change in venue, the USA Collegiate All-Americans will be taking on the Cambridge University Light Blues at Pine Banks Park at 6:00PM tonight to close out their two match series. The All-Americans came away with a 27-15 victory at Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH on Saturday, and are looking to take the series 2-0.
